I’m a wife, a mom of 2, a business owner, and no stranger to that feeling of overwhelm that comes with the inability to EVER finish our to-do-lists.

Most people will tell you that you just need to up your hustle game if you want to get everything done.

Not me.

Instead of encouraging you to hustle yourself into burnout, just to say you checked all those things off your list, I want to show you how to slow down, start with your priorities, and build a daily rhythm that accomplishes what’s needed AND gives you time to rest.

The honest truth is this: I have no real self-control when it comes to scrolling, and no matter how often I take this app off my phone, I still find a way back to it. Often I tell myself that it's just "for work", but to be honest, most of my work happens away from this space. Writing, designing planner layouts, and running our membership - none of that actually requires instagram. ⁠

Really, I'm here for the 3 independent reporters I follow and the recipes I'll never make. And the reels I get sucked into... 😬⁠

But this next year, I have some big goals - both personal and work related - that require a little more of my attention. (I'll share more about these with our email subscribers in a couple weeks!) To make room for those things, something had to go - every new thing requires letting go of something else.⁠
