Why? Because life doesn’t happen in 12-month chunks. Ministry seasons overlap school years. Work projects run past December. Family trips don’t care about calendar years.⁠

⚓️ A simple meal plan⁠
⚓️ 3–4 small habits⁠
⚓️ One intentional rest rhythm⁠

That’s it. Those anchors are like mile markers for my week. They keep me grounded when life gets busy and remind me to prioritize what actually matters.⁠

So now I work backward:⁠
Yearly → Quarterly → Monthly → Weekly → Today.⁠
⁠
Big vision broken into tiny steps.⁠
⁠
Example? “Get healthier” turns into → Walk 90 miles by March → Walk 30 in January → Walk 5x this week → 20-minute walk after lunch today.⁠

Small, steady steps. No overwhelm. No guilt.⁠
⁠
