I can’t believe I’m saying this…

Listen, you know me – I’ve always been a paper planner girl. There’s just something about writing things down with my favorite pen, flipping through pretty pages, and sorting everything out on paper. 

I know a lot of you feel the same way that I do. It’s why we love our ​S.O.S. Planner​ so much!

So this summer, I decided to see what all the fuss is about.

And I can’t believe I’m saying this, but…you guys were right. Ohmygoodness, I have fallen in love with digital planning!!!

I started working on a digital planning system that included everything we love about the ​S.O.S. Planner​, and I’ve been using it for the last few weeks.

It is, admittedly, a game changer.

Between managing work tasks, coordinating our family calendar, juggling school activities, and, you know, trying to keep everyone fed, I realized it would be really nice to have a planning system I could access anywhere. From my laptop during work hours, from my phone while sitting in the car pickup line, from bed when I remembered something at 10:37 PM.

You get it.

I started small, just tracking work projects in Asana. But then I added my weekly schedule. Then our meal plan. 

And now? My digital system holds everything. It’s the one place where I can zoom out and see my week, my responsibilities, and our real-life priorities – all at a glance!

And my favorite part? I’ve set it up to organize my tasks for the day automatically, so I know exactly what to get done each day!

I still use my paper planner every day for personal notes and intentional time-blocking. But my digital planning system is my brain backup – and I didn’t realize how much peace of mind that would bring until I had it!

And so, since I’ve kinda fallen in love with the system, I’ve been tweaking and perfecting it for YOU, too!
