Day 30: Praying For God’s Peace
Scripture: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6
Prayer: Lord, when trials and troubles come, I pray that you will keep our family from anxiety. Remind us to come to you in prayer over the issues on our hearts, and to continually give thanks for all you’ve done for us. Surround us with your peace that surpasses understanding, and guard our hearts and our minds – keep them stayed on you.
Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:12-13
