Day 29: Praying to Prepare For Battle
Scripture: Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:10-12
Prayer: Lord, when I’m faced with disagreements and controversy today, help me to remember this. My fight is not against the people in my home, but a spiritual fight. Keep me in prayer for your strength, protection, and steadfastness, and arm us with your Word in every situation.
Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:12-13

She’s created the most unique planner on the market, helped over 400 women create custom home management plans, and works with hundreds of women each month inside her membership, teaching them how to plan their days around what matters most. When she’s not designing printables or writing essays, you’ll find Kayse homeschooling her kids, reading a cheesy novel with a giant cup of tea in hand, or watching an old show from the 90’s with her husband, who is her very best friend.
What version of the Bible is this?
Everything is from the ESV. 🙂
Oh how I wish I had been doing this when it started! I just told a friend last night that it felt like the devil had a pitched a tent in my house and planned to stay a while. Things have been just awful and I don’t have anybody who is wise in the Bible to talk to.
