WELCOME!

HI FRIEND,
I’m Kayse!
PLANNING COACH.
Bin + Basket LOVER.
Relentless
COLOR-Coder.

I help women build flexible, faithful rhythms that actually work in real life.
Not a one-size-fits-all system you end up abandoning after three days (because one-size never fits all!) or a rigid plan that falls apart the second life gets busy.
Just simple, repeatable rhythms that help you stop starting over every Monday morning, and start feeling like you’re finally able to focus on what matters most.
(And actually rest!)
I believe peace comes from living within your limits and depending on Christ, instead of chasing the impossibility of crossing every task off your never-ending to-do list.
And helping women build rhythms rooted in that truth?
It’s exactly why I’m here!

– MY STORY –
I tend to learn things the hard way…
I’m married to Jon (my favorite theology teacher) and mom to two incredible teens. Our family is a little loud, a little chaotic, and very loved – probably a lot like yours. On any given day, I’m managing our home, figuring out meals (or driving to Chick-fil-A), helping with homework, and running a business.
It doesn’t sound like much when you say it quickly, but you know as well as I do how that to-do list fills itself up – and for a long time, I felt constantly behind.
I kept hearing that I could “have it all,” but I wasn’t finding that to be true. I wanted to be a patient mom, a present wife, a faithful Christian, and someone who could manage her home well – but most days I felt stressed, stretched thin, and so. very. tired. At one point, I was so burned out that I caught myself wishing for something like a minor hospital stay – just so someone else could take care of me for a minute and I could finally get some rest.
Not exactly a sustainable plan… but it was a real wake-up call.
FROM WOMEN JUST LIKE YOU…
“Anchored Women helped me totally streamline my days –
I feel so much less stressed, and I’m able to focus so much better!”
AMANDA
“I no longer feel like I’m failing over and over. Anchored Women isn’t just another system full of more rules to follow or feel guilty over – it’s a true community with built-in support to encourage you as you work toward creating a home that supports your priorities.”
ginger
“I just really love this community of women! I feel like I’m truly heard when I have something to say.”
HEATHER
What changed everything wasn’t finding a better planner (though I do love a new planner!) or trying harder to keep up. It was realizing that I didn’t just need a better plan—I needed a different way of living altogether.
Over the years, I started learning…
- how to build rhythms instead of chasing perfectly checked-off to-do lists
- how to live within my limits and honor the season I’m in
- and how to depend on the Lord instead of trying to hold everything together myself.
That last one, especially, changed not just how I plan my days, but how I live my life.
Now, I’ve spent over 16 years helping women do the same – creating simple, flexible rhythms that actually work in real life. Ones that are customized to each woman’s home and family – because there truly is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to life.
I haven’t figured it all out, but I’ve learned how to come back to what matters again and again, even when life feels full or messy. I don’t live in constant overwhelm anymore, and that’s what I want for you, too.
You’re not behind.
You don’t need to try harder.
You just need a flexible rhythm that fits your real life!
HERE’S THE HONEST TRUTH:
Most planning systems assume your life is going to fit into the same tidy boxes all year long.
But if you’ve ever tried that, you already know – it doesn’t work for long.
Real life never stays neat and tidy!
That’s why we do things a little differently around here.
Step 01 // We Name Our Season.
Everything starts with clarity! We help you get honest about your current season, your real capacity, and what matters most right now – because you can’t build a peaceful life on unrealistic expectations.

Step 02 // We Build Rhythms Around What Matters
Once you know what matters most, we help you create simple rhythms that support those priorities in your everyday life, home, and schedule.

Step 03 // We Use Tools That Make Life Easier.
From planners to printables to home management resources, we match you with tools that give you structure without adding more stress – so your systems feel helpful, not heavy.

Step 04 // We Stay Consistent.
(Even when life gets messy!)
Because let’s be honest – starting is not usually the hardest part. Follow-through is. So, through ongoing encouragement, practical help, and community support, we help you keep going without feeling like you have to start over every time life shifts!

The result?
Less scattered. More steadfast.
Less pressure. More peace.
Less starting over. More rhythms that actually stick!
What I Believe
The Truth That Shapes Everything I Teach

A Perfect Plan Isn’t the Goal
Planning can help you get organized, but someone still has to work the plan (and it’s probably you!). The goal isn’t a perfectly planned week – it’s building peaceful rhythms that actually support how you live day to day.

Simple Is Sustainable
The harsh truth? If a system only works on your best days, it’s not the right system. We’re not afraid to make things easier, simpler, and a whole lot less complicated. Pretty and color-coded helps, too!

You’re Not Really Behind
That constant feeling of being “just a step behind” usually isn’t a time problem – it’s a mismatch between your expectations and your current season. When you adjust for that, everything starts to feel a little more doable.

True Peace Comes From Dependence – Not Independence
You don’t find peace by finally getting everything done on your own. You find it by embracing your limits, resting in Christ, and letting go of the idea that everything depends on you. (Cause guess what?! It doesn’t. I know – it was news to me, too!)
SINCE WE’RE BEING HONEST…
Confession: I’m a pretty open book,
and a chronic over-sharer.
So if you’re in the mood for a little behind-the-scenes, here’s a bit more about me…

I like to read.
Like, a lot. When we moved to Vegas, the movers legit told me that we had a problem with the overall weight because of…all the books. We moved them anyway and they all live on one of our seventeen bookshelves and I have zero regrets.

I don’t do coffee.
I realize this may affect how you feel about me. But tea is my obsession. Six months in England in my early 20’s converted me, and I’ve been loyal to my cuppa ever since. Black tea, with honey and goat milk, all day every day. It’s fine. We can still be friends.

I love my people.
They are my favorites. AND ALSO I am a hard-core introvert. Not unrelated – I take a bath almost every night because an occupied bathroom is the one place other people aren’t allowed.

I grew up on a cemetery.
For real. It’s our family business but I refused to willingly disclose that info because no one thought it was cool until college when my friends found out, thought it was amazing, and nicknamed me Wednesday.

I’m the “tell me everything” friend.
Like… skip the small talk. I want the real story – the messy parts, the funny parts, and the “please don’t judge me” moments. (Don’t worry, I’ve got plenty of my own, and I’m an open book. Please see above.)

I am a forever-grateful Christian, saved + sustained by grace alone.
Christ and His sacrifice on my behalf (and yours) is the song I will sing until my dying day. I share more about His story in my life here + here, and am always, always up for a conversation about God’s faithfulness when life is hard.
Ready TO CREATE SOME FLEXIBLE RHYTHMS THAT WORK?
Let’s Make Life Feel A Little More Doable.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own. Whether you need simple tools, a better way to plan, or support as you go, there’s a place for you here!
