Conquering Quiet Times {Day 5}: Sharing is Caring
Thanks for walking with me this week. 🙂 Quiet times are something close to my heart, because I know just how much that time with the Lord matters. And I have learned that talking about it matters too.
So today I’d love to hear from you.
Would you be so bold as to share with one another, in the comments below? Just be honest about what your quiet times look like, and maybe something you have learned over the years that really makes a difference for you. What you’re doing that works, or what you’re doing that hasn’t worked so well. Anything you’ve taken away from this series, and how I can be praying for you. I’d really love to pray for you. Let’s take some time to glean from each other and enjoy our little community here. Your words might just be the inspiration that someone needs.
And honestly, I can’t wait to hear what you have to say. 🙂
Ready, set, spill it!
Kayse Pratt serves Christian women as a writer + designer, creating home + life management resources that help those women plan their days around what matters most. She’s created the most unique planner on the market, helped over 400 women create custom home management plans, and works with hundreds of women each month inside her membership, teaching them how to plan their days around what matters most. When she’s not designing printables or writing essays, you’ll find Kayse homeschooling her kids, reading a cheesy novel with a giant cup of tea in hand, or watching an old show from the 90’s with her husband, who is her very best friend.
The method that has always worked to encourage my heart most is slow but thoughtful reading rather than trying to speed through 4 chapters to stay on track with a yearly reading plan. I also know from experience in the past that journaling while reading the Bible can be SO HELPFUL! It helps me process what the verse means for me personally and how I can better obey the commands and teachings. I’d like to get back into daily journaling too, but starting small.. starting small.
