Your Weekly Reset | Vol. 10
Hey friends,
It’s RETREAT WEEK!! I cannot wait to meet you all (virtually, of course!) on Friday + Saturday, and spend a couple days pouring into you in real time!!
Today I just want to encourage you to COME – no matter what’s going on in your life right now. My hope for this weekend is simply that you will walk away feeling encouraged, refreshed, and equipped to go back into your life and serve your people.
I know there are so many things that you do every day to take care of others, as you live out your vocation in your everyday life. You’re working hard and giving so much of yourself, pouring into the people in your life. Maybe it’s your church, maybe it’s your family, maybe it’s your work – whatever it is, I know that you’re doing your best, and sometimes your best is absolutely exhausting.
I know because I live there, too.
Which is exactly why this weekend was designed to refresh you – to pour into YOU when you pour so much into others. I sincerely hope that you take a couple days to join us (or grab lifetime access if you can’t come live), and allow me and my incredible crew to point you toward Jesus, fill your cup, and encourage you right where you are.
You’re doing a great job, friend. This weekend, let us remind you of the Truth, and share some practical ways to make life a tiny bit easier!
Scripture for your week:
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
– Matthew 11:28
Whether you come to the retreat or not, I pray that you find real rest in the Lord this week! 💛

As we head into the Heart + Home Retreat, I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to feel like there’s just never enough time. When that feeling creeps in, my home management always starts to suffer. And my attitude does, too. 😬
That’s why I keep coming back to our Take Back Your Time Workbook. It helps me step back and look honestly at where my time is actually going, so I can make changes that support peace instead of pressure.
Here’s what’s been most helpful:
- Identifying what’s really taking up my time (and what to do about it)
- Eliminating distractions that keep pulling me off course
- Creating a simple daily plan that reflects what matters most
If your days feel rushed or reactive, this workbook gives you a clear, encouraging way to reset. You can take back your time, and this is a really good place to begin! (Plus, it’s free!)

🧺 Home Things Making Life Easier → This Lighter Hear me out. I got this for Jon for Christmas, and I have officially stolen it. It makes lighting candles SO EASY, and I am obsessed with lighting a candle in my office when I’m writing. Love!
💛 Just for Fun → These Tank Tops Yes, I am still stuck in the 90’s, and I wear a tank top under every shirt. So sue me. But if you, too, are stuck back in the 1900’s, these are the very best long tanks. You’re welcome.
✍🏼 Tools Helping Me Plan → This AMAZING Pack of Mildliners I know I rave about these highlighters all the time, but this particular pack has colors I’ve never had before!!! So, here we are. I ordered more. I regret nothing.
Hope your week is full of what matters most! 💛

Kayse Pratt serves Christian women as a writer + designer, creating home + life management resources that help those women plan their days around what matters most. She’s created the most unique planner on the market, helped over 400 women create custom home management plans, and works with hundreds of women each month inside her membership, teaching them how to plan their days around what matters most. When she’s not designing printables or writing essays, you’ll find Kayse homeschooling her kids, reading a cheesy novel with a giant cup of tea in hand, or watching an old show from the 90’s with her husband, who is her very best friend.
