Let’s talk TIME BLOCKING!

Who is it for?

Anyone who would rather look at their day in chunks, instead of as one looooong day.

How does it work?

1. Divide your day into blocks of time that make sense. Morning, afternoon, and evening often work great!

2. Look at each block individually. Take that one block and write out what needs to be done during that time ONLY!

3. Give yourself the gift of focusing on just that block of time, while you’re in it. Tackle just THAT block’s tasks, instead of getting overwhelmed by ALL the tasks.

👉🏻 Pro tip: Try assigning themes to your blocks of time! Maybe the morning is for work, the afternoon is for home chores, and the evening is for rest! Then, all your tasks go together and you get to be even more efficient!
