Beautiful Christmas Gift Ideas (on the cheap!)
I’m already thinking about Christmas presents this year, because somehow, the Christmas fund is pretty low, and our Christmas list is pretty long.
It’s important to me that gifts be meaningful – something that carries significance, or meets a need, or encourages a heart.
It’s also important to me that Christmas doesn’t send us into debt. Amen?
So this year, I’m getting a little creative, and thought I’d share my cheap but meaningful present idea with you all!
I don’t know about you, but I’m in my home a LOT. Like all day long, most days. And my home is where I raise my kids, cook my dinners, wash my clothes, clean my home, and serve my husband. Home is where I do life.
Home is also the place I need the most encouragement. So I’ve got post-its with Bible verses on my cabinets, Scripture written in my planner, and a verse on the lock screen of my phone.
Please don’t think this makes me super spiritual. It does not. It makes me sane. Because without Scripture at my fingertips, I’d lose my mind each and every day!
(And some days I do.)
So, because I love having the Word IN MY FACE so much, I decided that’s what I’m going to do for my friends & family for Christmas this year. And you can too!
What you’ll need:
- Scripture Printables
- A beautiful frame from IKEA. Or the dollar store. Cause we’re classy, you guys.
- A printer. Or Costco.
I’m choosing a Scripture for each gift, one that I think means something to each friend or family member, printing it out, and framing it! Framed, it’s a beautiful piece of artwork that they can use to decorate their home AND remind them of the truth.
I really like the way they are turning out! So pretty, and still so meaningful. I’m writing a card with each one to explain why I’ve chosen that verse for them, and I’m praying that God uses these verses in a special way.
If you’d like to do the same, I’d love to offer you my collection of 25 scripture printables for FREE! I’m giving a set away to each person who purchases the Ultimate Christian Living Bundle this week through my affiliate link! Simply purchase the bundle (which is kind of like an early Christmas gift for YOU!) through my link, and then email your receipt to kayse{at} kaysepratt {dot} com. I’ll email you the collection of Scripture printables – normally valued at $50 – for FREE!
Haven’t heard of the Ultimate Christian Living Bundle? Read all about it here! And hurry – it’s only on sale till Monday! After that, it’s gone forever. (I’m not being dramatic, it really will be gone.)
Meaningful Christmas gifts don’t have to break the bank. Do you think you’d use these as gifts for your Christmas list? What other inexpensive gift ideas do you have?
