I don’t want another year of “good intentions”…
I know it’s only October, and I’m certainly not trying to rush us through the holidays…
But I’ve already started thinking about 2027. (Don’t hate me.)
Not in a “new year, new me!” kind of way. 😂 More like…
- What do I actually want next year to look like?
- What matters most to our family?
- What do I want to make progress on?
- What isn’t working right now that I’d really like to change?
And maybe most importantly…
How do I make room for those things in my ACTUAL life?
Because I don’t know about you, but I’ve started plenty of years with good intentions.
I’ve picked goals, bought the supplies, made the lists. I’ve thought, This is the year I’m finally going to… fill in the blank: Get healthy. Read through the Bible. Declutter my home.
GOOD. INTENTIONS.
And honestly, I think that if I had nothing else on my plate, I really could make those things happen. The problem is that I don’t have nothing else on my plate!! 😅
I don’t need to list out all the OTHER things on my plate for you, because you know what? You’ve got them, too. Real life doesn’t allow us to have an all-or-nothing mentality. We need more of a “something in the middle of all the not-nothing” mentality.
Because I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of getting to February and suddenly losing steam on all those things that felt so important in January – simply because all the other stuff feels more urgent.
That’s exactly what I DON’T want to do in 2027.

I don’t want to stumble into another year with a bunch of good intentions and no realistic plan for what actually matters.
I want to be intentional about where we’re going BEFORE the year starts.
But I also don’t want to create some ridiculously ambitious plan that only works if everyone in my family cooperates, nobody gets sick, and nothing unexpected happens for the next 12 months. 😂
I want a plan that actually fits our real life.
And that’s exactly what we’re going to create together at Plan Your Year LIVE!
This year, I’ve completely reworked both the EVENT and the WORKBOOK so that we dive a lot deeper into HOW we’re actually going to accomplish the things that matter most in the year ahead.
We’re not just choosing a focus, we’re mapping it out for the entire year.
We’re not just setting goals, we’re breaking them down into doable milestones, action steps, and routines that help us actually DO them – in every season.
And I’d love to invite you to join us!

On December 12th, we’re setting aside the time to intentionally plan 2027 – together!
We’ll walk through the entire process step-by-step – with plenty of time to actually get the planning done!!
First, we REFLECT on the last year: We’ll look back at this year and notice what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’ve learned.
Then, we REFRESH our perspective for the year ahead: We’ll clear some of the physical + mental clutter we’re carrying into the new year and decide what we’re ready to leave behind.
Next, we’ll SET OUR GOALS based on our focus for the new year: We’ll get clear on what actually matters in 2027 and choose a handful of meaningful Project + Habit Goals – instead of trying to change everything at once.
Lastly, we’ll BUILD ROUTINES that will support our goals and help us stay on track all year long: We’ll take all those good intentions and connect them to real life – creating practical rhythms for our mornings, evenings, meals, cleaning, schedules + everyday responsibilities.
Because THAT’S the part I don’t want us to miss.
It’s one thing to say:
I want to prioritize my health.
I want more time with my family.
I want to finish that project.
I want to spend more time with the Lord.
It’s another thing to look at your actual calendar, routines + responsibilities and ask: Where is this going to fit?
That’s what we’re going to figure out together. And I really do mean together! You could absolutely sit down with a planner someday and tell yourself you’re going to work through all of this on your own. But there’s something completely different about putting the date on your calendar, showing up, and actually getting it DONE.
I’ll be there to walk you through every step and answer your questions.
You’ll have the accountability of doing the work right alongside us – AND you’ll be surrounded by a whole community of women doing the exact same thing.
Wanna know something funny? The chat thread during these events is always one of my favorite parts. It’s full of women encouraging each other, sharing ideas, answering questions, and reminding each other that none of us have to figure this all out alone. 💛
By the time we’re finished, my goal is for you to walk away with more than a list of things you’d like to do next year.
I want you to have a realistic plan that holds, no matter how many ways the next year decides to go sideways.
And right now, you can join us for Plan Your Year LIVE for just $49 $34!
Or, if you haven’t grabbed your 2027 S.O.S. Planner yet, you can get the Planner + your Plan Your Year LIVE ticket together for $98 $67.

We’ll meet LIVE on December 12th, and you’ll also get access to the replay for a full year – so even if you can’t join us for every minute live, you’ll have plenty of time to come back to it.
2027 is going to come whether we plan for it or not. I’d just rather walk into it knowing what matters – and having a realistic plan to make room for it.
I’d love to help you do the same. 💛
