I’m a wife, a homeschooling mom of 2, a business owner, and no stranger to that feeling of overwhelm that comes with the inability to EVER finish our to-do-lists.

Most people will tell you that you just need to up your hustle game if you want to get everything done.

Not me.

Goals don’t actually happen unless we give them

Goals don’t actually happen unless we give them a spot in our actual days! So I try to do these 3 things each week to help those goals stay top of mind, and front and center in my schedule ⬇️

1 // Track Daily Habits
Many of my goals are broken down into tiny habits that add up to big progress. Keeping these top of mind by tracking them all week long is key! Pro tip: I organize my habits in order of the day, so I check them off from top to bottom as I complete them!

2 // Meal Plan
This might not seem super goal-relevant, but I promise you it is. Making a plan for dinner each night saves me time, energy, and money all week long. This way, I make mealtime easy and keep my focus where it’s most needed - on the harder things like goals and new habits!

3 // Name My Top 3
My task list for the week can get long. When I name my top 3 most important things at the beginning of the week, and WRITE THEM DOWN, I am much more likely to keep making progress on those things, even when other stuff interrupts. Bonus points if those top 3 align with my goals - then I am making progress on what matters MOST to me!
