Are the artichoke hearts seasoned and brined? I haven’t used canned before. I have frozen artichoke hearts I’d like to use but I’m wondering if I’ll need to add seasoning. Thanks!
You won’t need to season any more – the other flavors will have it covered!
Pasta + one-dish = 3 words that will always get my attention. This sounds and looks good except I will replace the artichokes with mushrooms 🙂
Made this tonight! I am amazed because my 3 year old ate artichoke hearts – by choice – for the first time ever, after several times of previously trying and spitting out. (I don’t think she realized she has ever had them before). Thanks for the recipe!!
Thanks Kayse,
I’ll have to see if we can get ground turkey (or we would call it minced turkey in Australia).
I love that this can easily be modified to be GF
I have all the ingredients already!! Trying it tonight!
Yummmmmmmm!
Sounds amazing I can not wait to try this for my family!!

I can’t wait to try this!
Kayse,
I made something similar to your recipe once, it was chicken instead of turkey and spinach instead of artichokes and no pesto, I’m going to seriously make this for us for our Sunday brunch!

This looks awesome! I have been trying to put together a rotation of each and healthy meals since I got out of the habit of cooking real dinners after our baby was born.
Sounds like it has to be delicious!! I think I need to make this soon – I even have artichoke hearts in the fridge!

Yum! I feel like with artichoke hearts, a little goes a long way. Do they over-power this dish? I can’t wait to try this, even if I do only use 2/3 the artichoke to start. My mouth is watering just thinking about trying this recipe, though. 🙂
Excited to try this new recipe. LOVE a one dish recipe! Thanks.
Yummy!
This looks like it’s going on my menu plan this week!
Love pasta! Baking it; even better! Thanks.
My roomie and I are obsessed with pasta bakes – especially after we made a ton of pasta for a church event.
This looks awesome! Thanks for the great idea!
I haven’t really tried anything with artichokes before, but this looks like it’s worth a try!
Oh wow, just found dinner for tonight, seriously! Yum, thanks!
Hmmm, sounds delicious. I definitely will try this dish!
I found this dish while searching for meals that I could freeze ahead of time (for some new parents :D). How long would you cook this out of the freezer?
I love anything with artichokes ! Can you please post on my TTT party @ http://www.bellmiracle.blogspot.com
